Step1: Free download iJoysoft DVD to iPod Converter, install, boot and open DVD.

2. Make snapshot.

 

Select a video file in the file list and click on the button "Play" in the video preview window. When an image from video you like, click on the "Snapshot" button to save the image to snapshot folder.

 

You can even set the snapshot folder. Click Set on the "snapshot folder" in the drop-down list and select the desired snapshot folder in the dialog box.

 

Step2: Select output format
Select a file or several files in the list and click on the down arrow to the profiles to determine an output format for the selected file in the opened drop-down list.

The software offers the adjustment of the output file size.
Click on the Tools> Bitrate Calculator to open the dialog box of the bit rate calculator. Select a required size or type directly into a file size of the text box.

Step3:  Output folder set for iPod touch 4.
